1. Bypassing: Capacitors can be used in bypass circuits to shunt high-frequency signals to the ground, reducing interference with other components. In digital circuits, capacitors can be used to bypass clock signals, reducing interference with other digital signals.
2. Energy Storage: Capacitors can be used in energy storage circuits to store electrical energy for release when needed. In flash units, capacitors can store energy for release when needed to produce a strong flash. In power management circuits, capacitors can store energy to provide backup power to the circuit in case of power interruption.
